Most adult & kids clothing and accessories in gently-used condition. Swimwear, underwear, shoes, and damaged items aren’t eligible.

How do payouts work?

Choose bank transfer or Looply Wallet. Wallet payouts earn a bonus and can be cashed out anytime.

Is shipping free?

Yes. Print a prepaid label at home or book a free pickup where available.

What happens to unaccepted items?

With your permission, we responsibly donate or recycle items that don’t meet resale criteria.

How long does the process take?

Most sellers receive payment within a few days of items arriving at our facility.

Where is Looply available?

We currently operate across the EU. Availability of home pickup varies by city.
